Sermorelin

Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of the first 29 amino acids of endogenous GHRH — the minimal active fragment required for full GHRH receptor activity. It stimulates pituitary somatotrophs through natural hypothalamic pathways rather than bypassing them.

Unlike GHRPs that activate ghrelin receptors, sermorelin acts specifically on GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs. This selectivity preserves the hypothalamic-pituitary feedback loop — the pituitary's own regulatory mechanisms remain active, providing a self-limiting safety mechanism absent in direct GH administration.

One of the most clinically studied GHRH analogues with published data spanning 20+ years. Studies show consistent GH and IGF-1 elevation, improvements in sleep quality and sleep-associated GH secretion, and body composition benefits in GH-deficient adult research subjects.

Store lyophilized at -20°C. Reconstituted solution stable 28 days at 2–8°C. Bacteriostatic water is the standard diluent.
