CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified GHRH analogue with a shorter, more pulsatile action profile. It stimulates growth hormone release in sync with natural GH pulses, making it ideal for research requiring physiological GH patterns.
CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified GHRH analogue corresponding to the first 29 amino acids of endogenous GHRH, with tetrasubstituted amino acid modifications providing resistance to DPP-IV degradation. Its short half-life of ~30 minutes produces GHRH pulses that align with natural GH secretory architecture.
By stimulating GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs, CJC-1295 (no DAC) augments natural GH pulses rather than producing sustained GH elevation. This pulsatile pattern is considered more physiologically relevant than continuous GH stimulation and preserves downstream IGF-1 regulation.
Combined with a GHRP (ipamorelin or GHRP-2), CJC-1295 no DAC produces synergistic GH release significantly greater than either compound alone — consistent with the dual hypothalamic/pituitary regulation of GH secretion.
Store lyophilized at -20°C. Reconstituted solution stable 21 days at 2–8°C. Use bacteriostatic water.
